As Melton's Field Recruiting Supervisor, I have been in close communication with our partnering CDL schools as coronavirus prevention efforts have increased. To further reduce the spread of this disease and abide by CDC guidelines, we have made the decision to suspend Melton's CDL school visits until the threat of the virus has passed.

In the meantime, we are still holding orientation classes each week and have created a series of videos for schools to view. Each field recruiting presentation outlines Melton's career opportunities, superior training program, a tour of our headquarters, and a look into our orientation class. In class, our team is taking extra precautions by placing students 6 feet apart, frequently disinfecting, and limiting class sizes. We continue to monitor developments and formulate plans as the landscape changes. Because of our many years of good financial stewardship, we are well positioned as a company to face these ever-changing conditions.
